For the course ‘Virtual Reality’ our group worked on a case KCS (KLM Catering Services) provided. In this case, there was the problem of reoccurring breakdowns inside the robot line of KCS. The breakdowns did not occur frequently and it would take a very long time for the operators to be fully trained. Our group proposed a solution where the robot line would be simulated with Virtual Reality.

For this project, we were invited to visit KCS at Schiphol and give a presentation to the employees of KCS. We were chosen together with three different groups, out of the twenty groups that participated in this course.
